ABOUT ME
I have had a lifetime dedicated to movement, immersed in the art of dance since childhood, with over 20 years of technical training across a variety of styles. My early passion for dance evolved into a broader journey of exploring the body’s potential, spending the past decade diving deeply into holistic body care, mental wellness, and the healing power of body movement.
I began my professional path in the corporate world, training and developing teams in Human Resources and corporate management for multimillion-dollar companies. These experiences ignited a love for teaching and guiding others, but it was when I transitioned to working with children that I found my true work. Here, I could blend my expertise in dance, yoga, and body awareness with my passion for nurturing young minds.
Beyond the dance studio, I am a writer, drawing inspiration from the stories our bodies tell and the interplay of movement and emotion. I write self-help and discovery content, as well as fantasy stories for children. Recently, I’ve discovered a newfound passion for playing and creating music, exploring another dimension of self-expression that enriches my teaching.
Today, I bring this unique blend of skills and insights to my classes, focusing on helping students of all ages connect with their bodies in a meaningful way. Whether through dance, yoga, mindful movement, or the rhythm of music, I create an environment that encourages self-expression, fosters body awareness, and promotes holistic wellness. My goal is to inspire each student to find joy in their own movement journey, tapping into the inner dialogue of the body as a source of strength, creativity, and healing.
